This accordingly was done. Balarama told people on the earth that his brother and he have been the destroyers and creators of everything on the earth--even Dväravati was created by them and destroyed by them. Balarama later went to heaven but to achieve the final liberation he had to wait till the twelfth prophet Amama arrived.
