Q. What does the term Pre-History signify? which period is covered under the title called PreHistorical? Would you differentiate it from ProtoHistory :
India which has the longest past in the history of mankind can boast of a well developed system of thought in every field of human activity especially in the field of philosophical thought, but unfortunately there is no systematic written record to show its origin and gradual development. So far as the development of philosophical thought and mataphysical approach towards life and its problems is concerned, we can trace their sources in the third millennium B.C. much before the advant of Aryans
