There is no religion in the world which has denied the purposefulness of pilgrimage. Every religion is connected with pilgrimage. Truly spearing, it is pilgrimage that imparts life to religion. In reality, pilgrimage is the nucleus of every religion, and the focal point of reverence. Blessed is the person whose forehead is adorned with a Tilak drawn with the soil of some pilgrimage.
