The Principle of Harmony
The preservance of harmony between the interior and the exterior is popularly termed as DHARMA. There will be peace in one's life in proportion as there is harmony between the interior and the exterior, and discontent in proportion as there is disharmony between the two. Therefore the principle of harmony in life is the basic principle of DHARMA and YOGA. Lord Krishna says in Gita, “The highest YOGA is the preservance of harmony."
