________________ The Jains through Time There is a limit to seeing. Even from a short distance it is constrained. In order to see further, one must reach the edge of that which has already been seen. A traveller walks along the road. His goal is to go 10, 20 or 30 miles further. It is impossible to see his final destination from the place where he is standing. He is only able to see that measure of the path that is directly in front of him. The rest remains invisible. But as the traveller goes forward and finds his way, the path before him becomes more and more visible. With each step he takes, the length of his journey decreases. And without doubt he will reach his goal. Therefore, walk with a firm tread and great determination and the splendour of success will automatically come to you; the path will become clearer and your destination will be in sight.
