Jainism and became familiar to the scholarly world. Words are indeed scarce to express my gratitude properly to them. I am thankful to my well-wishers like Jain Ratna Surendra Luniya and Sri Ramesh Jagirdar for taking up this work for publication. I would like particularly to thank Jain Ratna Surendra Luniyaji for his dynamite initiation taken for early publication. With his initiation and munifiscience of the Gyan Khatas of Shri Svetambar Jain Temples of Andhra Pradesh, the present work has seen the light of the day.
