These points indicate some Jaina influence in the story of the Tibetan versions. Other Rāmāyana versions in Kannada show no Jaina touch. I do not know what it is in the remaining Indian languages.
To sum up : it is clear that there are two schools of the Jaina Rāmāyanaswhich differ greatly from each other; that of Vimalasuri is an adaptation of Valmiki Rāmāyaṇa; that of the Guņabhadra school has no unitary source for it; that while one is artistic, the other is a drab story. The Jaina Rāmāyaṇas from an important branch of study in the history of the Rāmāyana.
