Since vişne is not the correct instance of the dative in the sense of genitive, and since there is no other parallel in Sanskrit for a similar use of the dative, the remark of Havers (p. 45) that "Nur bei Kategorie V (i.e. which concerns instances pertaining to human relationships) ist auch der symp. Dativ sonstiger Nomina ziemlich vertreten und zwar sogar in rein adnominaler Funktion" is not correct.
