Animal nature within us is still dominating our individual and social behaviour. And due to this, our life is full of excitement, emotional disorders and mental tensions. Though we are outwardly pleading for peace, non-violence and Coexistence, by heart yet we will have strong faith in the law of the jungle, 1.e., the dictum "might is right". The race of nuclear weapons of the powerful nations is a strong evidence of our belief in the above dictum. This race of nuclear weapons is a sign that we are proceeding towards formidable funeral procession of of mankind. Bertrand Russel, the eminent philosopher, suggests us "I appeal as a human being. to human beings remember your humanity and forget the rest. If you can do So the way lies open to a new paradise. If you cannot, nothing lies before you, but universal death." We must be aware of the fact that this growth of science, technology and commerce would loose its meaning if man is eternally doubt the others and ignore the claims to humanity.
