The MS. which I used, is India Office Library ( Sanskrit MSS., Biihler) No. 111. It was put together by Sastri Vamanācārya Jhalkīkar, after a comparison of several olul MSS. .

In the fifth and eighth passages Jayasimha's victory over Varvaraka or Barbaraka is mentioner, which is sokon about in the Drycīs r.yalūvya and in the Caulukya-inscriptions.
71. About the Berlin-MS. of Chandonus'āsana or Chanlas'cūdamani, see Weber, Katalog., vol, II, soct. I,D. 268. We must add to his description that the leaves 27, 29-31,36-40, show, bosidos the usual figuros on the left, the symbols of the old akoarapalli. The Commentary on the small work is very clotailed in contains according to the colophon of the Jesalmir MS. 4100 Granthas." I had no MS. of the latter at my disposal for this work. My remarks are based upon notes previously taken.
72. Alankūracüdumani, III, 2 has, in explanation of the error:
हतवृत्तत्व । एतदपवादस्तु स्वछन्दोनुशासनेऽस्माभिनिरूपित इति नेह प्रतन्यते ।

74. The Nighantuo is mentioned in the list of Hemacandra's works at the end of the Prabhāvakacuritia under the naino Nirglucenta. We read there, XXII, 836-40:
न्याकरण[f] पञ्चाङ्गं प्रमाणशास्त्र [स्त्र] प्रमाणमीमांसाः [साम्] । छन्दोलंकृतिचूडामणी च शास्त्रे विभुळधित्तः धित] ॥ ८३६ ॥ एकार्थानेकार्था देश्या निर्धण्ट इति च चत्वारः । विहिताश्च ता नामकोशाः शुचिकवितानापाध्यायाः ॥ ८३७ ।। स्युयुत्तरषष्टिशलाकानरेतिवृत्तं गृहिवतविचारे। अध्यात्मयोगशास्त्रं विदधे जगदुपकृतिविधित्सुः ॥ ८३८ ॥ लक्षणसाहित्यगुणं विदधे च घ्याश्रय यं] महाकाव्यम्।। चक्रे विंशतिमुच्चैः स वीतरागस्तवानां च ॥ ८३९॥
इति तद्विहितग्रन्थसंख्यैव न हि विद्यते। ..... ... नामानि न विदन्त्यम्था[षां] मादृशा मन्दमेधसः ॥ ८४०॥...
