રુચિકર તેના ફિલ્ડમાં પ્રોત્સાહિત કેમ ન કરાય?
ભારત સરકારે બાળકોનાં હિતાર્થે સ્વીકારેલ National Charter for Children (Sec. 7/G) એમ કહે છે , “The State shall formulate special programmes to spot, identity, encourage and assist the gifted children for their development in the field of their excellence."
બહુ સ્પષ્ટ સંદેશો છેઃ બાળકને ખાસ ક્યા ક્ષેત્રમાં વિશેષ રૂચિ અને આવડત છે તે પરખવાની અને તે ક્ષેત્રમાં પ્રોત્સાહિત કરવો જોઈએ.
