ન્યાયકુસુમાંજલિ.
[५५मતને ત્યજી અન્યને માર્ગ ગ્રહણ કર્યો છે તેઓએ દુઃખનું મંદિર લીલામાત્રમાં પ્રાપ્ત કર્યું છે. –૩૫ ते धावन्ति मरीचिकां प्रति तृषाशान्त्यै सरस्त्यागत
स्ते गृह्णन्ति पयःकृते च गवयं माहापरित्यागतः । ते तैलं च पिबन्ति धीनयनयोः पुष्टयै घृतत्यागतो ये देवान्तरमाश्रयन्ति भगवन् ! मुक्त्यै भवत्यागतः ॥ ३६॥
Oh divine being I those who discard thee and resort to other gods for ( attaining ) liberation, are ( as it were ) running towards a mirage, leaving aside a lake for quenching their thirst; are approaching a Gavaya, for milk, instead of a cow; and are drinking oil instead of clarified butter for increasing the power of their intellect and eyes. ( 36 )
છે જે પુરૂષો તારે ત્યાગ કરીને મુકિતને સારૂ અન્ય દેવને ભજે છે. તેઓ તળાવને ત્યાગ કરીને તૃષાની શાતિ માટે ઝાંઝવા પ્રતિ દોડે છે, તેઓ દૂધને સારૂ ગાયને છોડીને રોઝને ગ્રહણ કરે છે અને તેઓ બુદ્ધિ તેમજ નેત્રની પુષ્ટિ માટે ઘીને મૂકી તેલ પીએ છે. –૩૬ निर्दोषानुभवानुरूपविषयव्याकारिणः स्वामिनो
न्याय्यं खल्ववलम्बनं न तु परेशा* मन्यथाभावतः । वक्त्रं वीक्ष्य विशेषकस्य करणं नीतौ नहि श्रयते तिष्ठत्येव सदा सतां हृदि पुनः सत्पक्षपातोऽर्हति ॥ ३७॥
It is certainly reasonable to resort to that lord who expounds objects in exact accordance with his right experience; but, reverse is the case in the case ___ * परेषाम् , ईशः (ईशाः ) परेशः, तेषाम् ।
