તબક, | Nyāya-Kusumānjali there must be the Murtata of the first kind; for, such a statement is viciated by the instance of the mind which according to the Vais'eshikas and others does not possess colour, in spite of its being Parimita ( atomic ). Thus it is clear that the soul can remain as Amurta - void of colour in spite of its pervading the body. The second kind of Murtata exists in the case of the soul and this kind of Murtata does not come in its way of entering the body, for, such a thing is admitted by all in the case of the mind, i.e. the mind enters the body though it has a finite magnitude.
In the next verse the author proves that the statement that an object possessing colour ( Murta ) cannot enter another of a similar nature is unsound.
કોઈ એમ કહે કે–આત્માને શરીર પરિમાણવાળે માનવામાં તેમાં મૂનતા પ્રાપ્ત થશે અને તેમ થવાથી, શરીરમાં આત્માને પ્રવેશ થઈ શકશે નહિ; કેમકે મૂત્તનાં મૂર્તિને પ્રવેશ થઈ શકતું નથી. તે આમ કહેવું ડીક ના, કારણ કે પ્રથમ તે મૂતા શું છે તે જાણવું જેઇએ. જે મૂત્ત તા , “રૂપાદિયુક્તત્વ” કહે, તે ચિત્તથી (ચિત્તના ઉદાહરખ થી 3 વ્યભિચાર આવે છે માટે એમ બોલશો નહિ. જે મૂર્તતા એટલે “આટલું માપ” એમ કહેતા હે તો તે અગ્યાપક આત્મામાં ઇષ્ટજ છે.”—૨૫
સ્પષ્ટી, તકવાદી એમ કહે છે કે-“જ્યાં જ્યાં પરિમિતત્વ છે, ત્યાં ત્યાં મૂત છે. આત્માને શરીરવ્યાપી માનવાથી તેમાં પરિમિતત્વનો ક કા ર ર ર થાય છે અને તેથી ઉપયુકત નિયમ પ્રમાણે આત્મામાં મૂત ને માત રે , હવે મૂતે વસ્તુને મૂર્ત વસ્તુમાં પ્રવેશ નહિ થઈ શકતે હાવાથી મૂત્ત વસ્તુ આમાને મૂતી વસ્તુ દેહમાં પ્રવેશ ઘટી શકશે
નથી. ”
પરંતુ આ કથન વ્યાજબી નથી; કેમકે મૂત્ય બે પ્રકારનું છે
