________________ Text and Translation CONCLUSION: इत्थं नयार्थकवचः कुसुमैजिनेन्दुairìsfan: afacri facienftràm I श्री - द्वीपबंदरवरे विजयादिदेवgrîfagfäsufagycìza gozû 11 23 112 ittham nayarthakavacaḥ kusumair JinendurViro'rcitaḥ savinayam Vinayabhidhena | Sri-Dvipabandaravare Vijayādideva-sūrīśiturVijayasimhaguroś ca tuṣṭyai || 23 [ittham thus; nayārthaka-vacaḥ-kusumaiḥ by means of flowers, in the form of words, explaining the significance of nayas (standpoints); Jinenduḥ the moon among the Jinas (conquerors) kevalins, the omniscient ones; Viraḥ the Lord Mahāvīra; arcitaḥ worshipped; savinayam with modesty; Vinayābhidhena by (me), named Vinayavijaya; Shrī-Dvipabandaravare in the beautiful auspicious seaport of Dvipa, the modern Diva; Vijayādideva-sūrīsituḥ of the disciple of Vijayadeva Suri; Vijayasimha-guroḥ of the preceptor, Vijayasimha; tuştyai for the satisfaction]. Thus the Lord Mahāvīra the moon among the Jinas or Kevalins-was, with modesty, worshipped by means of flowers, in the form of words, explaining the significance of nayas (standpoints) by me, named Vinayavijaya, in order to satisfy the Guru (preceptor) Vijayasimha, a disciple of Vijayadeva Sūri, in the beautiful, auspicious seaport town of Dvipa (the present Dīva in Kathiawad). 23. 1.
