हिन्दीभाषाटीकासहितम् ।
केवलि - भाषित धर्म में श्रद्धा, विश्वास और रुचि करने लग जाता है, किन्तु यह सम्भव नहीं कि वह शील, गुण, विरमण, प्रत्याख्यान और पौषधोपवासादि व्रतों को ग्रहण करे । वह दर्शन श्रावक हो जाता है |

टीका - इस सूत्र में सातवें निदान-कर्म का फल वर्णन किया गया है । पूर्वोक्त निदान - कर्म कर वह निर्ग्रन्थ या निर्ग्रन्थी देव-लोक में अपने संकल्पों के अनुसार सुखों का अनुभव करता है । वह पूर्वोक्त दैविक ऐश्वर्य का अच्छी तरह उपभोग करता है । शेष सब वर्णन पूर्ववत् ही है किन्तु विशेषता केवल इतनी ही है कि वह केवलि-भाषित धर्म पर श्रद्धा, विश्वास और रुचि करने लग जाता है किन्तु वह शील- व्रत, गुण-व्रत, विरमण, प्रत्याख्यान तथा अष्टमी आदि पर्व-दिनों में पौषधोपवासादि क्रियाएं ग्रहण नहीं कर सकता । यह फल उसको उक्त निदान - कर्म का मिलता है कि वह केवल दर्शन - श्रावक ही रह जाता है अर्थात् सम्यक्त्व की प्राप्ति की अपेक्षा से या सम्यक्त्व के आश्रित होने से उसको दर्शन - श्रावक कहते हैं । इसके विषय में वृत्तिकार लिखते हैं "सम्यक्त्वं तदाश्रित्य श्रावको निगद्यते" अर्थात् सम्यक्त्व के आश्रित होने के कारण उसको दर्शन - श्रावक कहा जाता है ।
फिर सूत्रकार इसी से सम्बन्ध रखते हुए कहते हैं :
अभिगत-जीवाजीवे जाव अट्टि मिज्जा पेमाणुरागरत्ते अयमाउसो निग्गंथ-पावयणे अट्टे एस परमट्टे सेसे अणट्टे । सेणं तारूवेणं विहारेणं विहरमाणे बहूइं वासाइं समणोवासग परियागं पाउणइ बहूइं वासाई पाउणित्ता कालमासे कालं किच्चा अण्णतरेसु देवलोगेसु देवत्ताए उववत्तारो भवति । एवं खलु समणाउसो तस्स णिदाणस्स इमेयारूवे पावए फल- विवागे जं णो संचाएति सीलव्वय-गुणव्वय-पोसहोववासाइं पडिवज्जित्तए ।

**Kevali -** One who has faith, belief and interest in the spoken Dharma, but is unable to accept the vows of conduct, virtues, restraint, renunciation and fasting, etc. He becomes a Darshan Shravak.

**Commentary -** This Sutra describes the fruit of the seventh nidana-karma. Due to the aforementioned nidana-karma, he experiences happiness in the Nirgranth or Nirgranthi Deva-loka according to his own resolutions. He enjoys the aforementioned divine powers well. The rest of the description is the same as before, but the only difference is that he has faith, belief and interest in the Kevali-spoken Dharma, but he cannot accept the vows of conduct, virtues, restraint, renunciation and fasting, etc. on the eighth and other festival days. This fruit is obtained by him from the said nidana-karma that he remains only a Darshan Shravak, i.e. he is called a Darshan Shravak because of his expectation of attaining Samyaktva or because of his dependence on Samyaktva. In this regard, the Vrittikar writes, "Samyaktvaṁ tadāśritya śrāvako nigadyate", i.e. he is called a Darshan Shravak because of his dependence on Samyaktva.

**Abhigat-jivajiva** yaavad asthimajjapremanuragarakto'yam, ayushman! Nirgranth-pravachano'rthaḥ paramārthaḥ śeṣo'narthaḥ. Sa nu etadrūpeṇa vihāreṇa viharan
