ઉદ્ભૂત-ભીષણ-જલોદર-ભારભગ્નાઃ શોચ્યાં દશા-અપગતા શ્રુત-જીવિતાશાઃ | cત્પાદ-પકુંજ-રજોડમૃત-દિગ્ધદેહા મર્યા ભવન્તિ મકર-ધ્વજ-તુલ્ય-રૂપાઃ ૪૧

___हे स्वास्थ्यप्रद स्वामी ! महाभयंकर जलोदर जैसे रोग से भग्न, अति शोकमय और करूण दशा पानेवाले और जीने की आश छोड़ देने वाले मनुष्य भी आपके चरण-कमल की पराग रूप अमृत से लिप्त देह वाले बनने के बाद कामदेव के समान स्वरूपवान बन जाते हैं।
હે નાથ ! ઉત્પન્ન થયેલા ભયંકર જલોદર નામના રોગના ભારથી વાંકા વળી ગયેલા, અતિ શોકજનક કરૂણ દશાને પામેલા અને જીવનની આશા છોડી દીધેલા મનુષ્યો પણ તારા ચરણકમળના પરાગ રૂપ અમૃતથી લેવાયેલ શરીરવાળા થતાંની સાથે (પ્રભુની ચરણરજ-પ્રક્ષાલનું જલ આદિ દેહ પર લગાડવાથી) કામદેવ જેવા સ્વરૂપને પામે છે.
Oh my God! That patient suffers from a killer disease. The ailment has reached the stage of no cure. Doctors have given up hope. The patient feels rejected and dejected realising the certainty of death.
He, with all hopes given up, takes shelter in Your lotus feet. He cleanses them by pious wash and sprinkles the holy showering of dust of your feet on his body.
And look at the miracle ! The holy wash works out to be the ointment and elixir. His ailments parish. He acquires excellent health and perfect physique like Kamadeva.
My God ! This body is a home of ailments, and so, the diseases will take place and will be cleansed, but the real ailment of humankind is greediness. Everyone runs behind wealth of no avail.
God, grant me the freedom from unwanted attirements and clean my soul of all attachments. I wish and aspire that my soul becomes free from all of the ailments. This is the cardinal ambition of my life.
