number of breath particulate transformations; infinite times more than that 41 is the number of Gross physical particulate transformations; infinite times
more than that is the number of Fiery particulate transformations; infinite times more than that is the number of Karmic particulate transformations;
“Bhante ! Indeed that is so. Indeed that is so." With these words... and 4 so on up to... ascetic Gautam resumed his activities. 5 . विवेचन-इन सातों पुद्गल-परिवर्तनों में सबसे थोड़े वैक्रिय पुद्गल परिवर्तन हैं, क्योंकि वे म बहुत दीर्घकाल में निष्पन्न होते हैं। उनसे वचन-पुद्गल-परिवर्तन अनन्तगुणे हैं, क्योंकि वे अल्पतर ॐ काल में ही निष्पन्न होते हैं।
इसी प्रकार आगे के पुद्गल-परिवर्तनों के विषय में समझना चाहिए।
Elaboration—Of the seven particulate transformations the number of transmutable particulate transformation is minimum because they come to completion in a very long period. Infinite times more is the number of speech particulate transformations because they take lesser time for completion. The same is applicable to the following transformations.
