The order of sutras in preaching of Agamas is as under
1. Avashayak Sutra, 2. Dasvaikalik Sutra, 3. Uttradhayana Sutra, 4. Acharanga Sutra, 5. Nishith Sutra, 6. Suyagadanga Sutra, 7. Three Chheda sutra (Dasha shurtskand, Brihatkalp sutra, Vyavahar sutra), 8. Thanaga Sutra, Samvayanga Sutra, 9. Bhagawati Sutra.
The remaining Kaalika or Utkaalika sutras should be preached or get to be preached any time in between or at the end of the preaching order mentioned above by the orders of any learned ascetic. Just through this sequence of the Agama, method of momorising the Agamas in original and in their interpretation should be comprehended. अयोग्य को वाचना देने एवं योग्य को न देने का प्रायश्चित्त

20. जे भिक्खू अव्वत्तं वाएइ, वाएंतं वा साइज्जइ। 21. जे भिक्खू वत्तंण वाएइ,ण वाएंतं वा साइज्जइ। 18. जो भिक्षु अपात्र (अयोग्य) को वाचना देता है अथवा देने वाले का समर्थन करता है। 19. जो भिक्षु पात्र (योग्य) को वाचना नहीं देता है अथवा नहीं देने वाले का समर्थन करता है। 20. जो भिक्षु अव्यक्त को वाचना देता है अथवा देने वाले का समर्थन करता है। 21. जो भिक्षु व्यक्त को वाचना नहीं देता है अथवा नहीं देने वाले का समर्थन करता है। (उसे

preach so, a laghu-Chaumasi expiation comes to him. विवेचन-प्रस्तुत चार सूत्रों में भी “पात्र" और "व्यक्त" शब्द से दो प्रकार की योग्यता सूचित की गई है।
1. पात्र-जिसने कालिकसूत्रों की वाचना ग्रहण करने की पूर्ण योग्यता प्राप्त कर ली है अर्थात् जो 4 वाचना के योग्य गुणों से युक्त है उसे “पात्र" कहा गया है और जो वाचना के गुणों से युक्त नहीं है उसे "अपात्र" कहा गया है।
बृहत्कल्प सूत्र के चतुर्थ उद्देशक में तीन गुणों से युक्त को वाचना देने का विधान है और तीन अवगुण वाले रे को वाचना न देने का निषेध है
