Sutra 90 To consume salt and medicinal powder kept at night. Sutra 91 To praise the ones who commits suicides.
Through following the above mentioned faulty activities a guru
chaumasi expiation comes to him. इस उद्देशक के 20 सूत्रों के विषय का कथन निम्न आगमों में है, यथासूत्र 1-4 लोहे आदि के पात्र रखने एवं उनके बंधन करने का निषेध।
-आचा. श्रु. 2, अ. 6, उ. 1 सूत्र 5 अर्द्धयोजन के आगे पात्र के लिये जाने का निषेध । -आचा. श्रु. 2, अ. 6, उ. 1 सूत्र 7 तीर्थंकर व उनके धर्म का अवर्णवाद करने वाला महामोहनीय कर्म का बंध करता है।
-दशाश्रुत. द. 9, गा. 23-24 सूत्र 8 'परपासंडपसंसा' यह सम्यक्त्व का अतिचार है।
-उपा. अ. 1 सूत्र 70 विरोधी राज्यों के बीच बारंबार गमनागमन करना। -बृहत्कल्प उ. 1, सू. 39 सूत्र 73, 76,78 रात्रि में आहार रखना या खाना अनेक आगमों में निषिद्ध बताया है। सूत्र 83-84 दीक्षा या बड़ी दीक्षा आदि के अयोग्य का कथन।
-बृहत्कल्पसूत्र उ.4 सूत्र 86-89 साध्वी के स्थान पर साधु को रहने आदि का निषेध।
-बृहत्कल्पसूत्र उ.3 सूत्र 90 नमक आदि के संग्रह का निषेध।
