74. जो भिक्षु दिन में अशन, पान, खाद्य या स्वाद्य ग्रहण करके रात्रि में खाता है अथवा खाने वाले का समर्थन करता है।
75. जो भिक्षु रात्रि में अशन, पान, खाद्य या स्वाद्य ग्रहण करके दिन में खाता है अथवा खाने वाले का समर्थन करता है।
76. जो भिक्षु रात्रि में अशन, पान, खाद्य या स्वाद्य ग्रहण करके रात्रि में खाता है अथवा खाने वाले का समर्थन करता है। (उसे गुरुचौमासी प्रायश्चित्त आता है | )

comes to him.
विवेचन- - इन सूत्रों में चौभंगी द्वारा रात्रि भोजन का प्रायश्चित्त बताया गया है। .

रात्रि में आहार रखने व खाने का प्रायश्चित्त
THE ATONEMENT OF EATING AND KEEPING THE FOOD DURING THE NIGHT TIME
77. जे भिक्खू असणं वा पाणं वा खाइमं वा साइमं वा अणागाढे परिवासेइ, परिवासंतं वा साइज्जइ । 78. जे भिक्खू परिवासियस्स असणस्स वा पाणस्स वा खाइमस्स वा साइमस्स वा तयप्पमाणं वा भूपमा वा बिंदुपमाणं वा आहारं आहारेड़, आहारेंतं वा साइज्जइ ।
77. जो भिक्षु आगाढ़ परिस्थिति के अतिरिक्त अशन, पान, खाद्य या स्वाद्य रात्रि में रखता है अथवा रखने वाले का समर्थन करता है।
78. जो भिक्षु अनागाढ़ परिस्थितियों से रात्रि में रखे हुए अशन, पान, खाद्य या स्वाद्य का चुटकी प्रमाण, भूति प्रमाण अथवा बिन्दुप्रमाण भी आहार करता है अथवा करने वाले का समर्थन करता है। उसे गुरुचौमासी प्रायश्चित्त आता है | )

etc. that has been kept during the night time, even in a very little quantity, equal to a pinch of ash and equal to a drop or supports the ones who does so, a GuruChaumasi expiation comes to him.
