Chapter 35 THE PEACE OF TAO
Hold the Great Symbol And all the world follows, Follows without meeting harm, (And lives in) health, peace, commonwealth. Offer good things to eat And the wayfarer stays. But Tao is mild to the taste. Looked at, it cannot be seen; Listened to, it cannot be heard; Applied, its supply never fails.

ताओ की शांति
महान प्रतीक को धारण करो, और समस्त संसार अनुगमन करता है, आँन बिना हानि उठाए अनुगमन करता है, और स्वास्थ्य, शांति और व्यवस्था को उपलब्ध होता है। अच्छी वस्तुएं खाने को दो, आँर नाही ठठन जाता है। लेकिन ताओ का स्वाद बिलकुल सादा है। देनवें, और यह अदृश्य है, सुनें, और यह अश्राव्य है। प्रयोग करने पर इसकी आपूर्ति कभी चुकती नहीं हैं।
