KNOWING ONESELF
He who knows others is learned; He who knows himself is wise. He who conquers others has power of muscles; He who conquers himself is strong. He who is determined has strength of will. He who does not lose his centre endures, He who dies yet (his power) remains has long life.

आत्म-बोध
जो दूसरों को जानता है वह विद्वान हुँ, आँर जो स्वयं को जानता है वह ज्ञानी। जो दुसनों को जीतता है वह पठलवान है, आँर जो स्वयं को जीतता है वह शक्तिशाली। जो संतुष्ट हैं वह धनवान है, आँन जो दृढ़मति हैं वह संकल्पवान। जो अपने केंद्र से जुड़ा रहता है वह मृत्युंजय है। आँन जो मर कर जीवित है वह चिन-जीवन को उपलब्ध होता है।
