Chapter 19: Sutra 1 Realize The Simple Self
1. Banish wisdom, discard knowledge, And the people shall profit a hundredfold; Banish humanity, discard justice, And the people shall recover love of their kin; Banish cunning, discard utility, And the thieves and brigands shall disappear.

स्वयों को जानो
1. बुद्धिमत्ता को छोड़ो, ज्ञान को छठाओ,
और लोग साँगुना लाभान्वित होंगे, मानवता को छोड़ो, न्याय को उठाओ,
और लोग अपनों को पुनः प्रेम करने लगेंगे, चालाकी छोड़ो, उपयोगिता को हटाओ, और चोर तथा लुटेरे अपने आप ही लुप्त हो जाएंगे।
