[Sutra 201 So also Sukanhā. Excepting, she abode observing the Monastic Standard of Sevensevens. During the first seven days she took one dole of food and one of water; during the second seven days, she took two doles of food and two of water; during the third three...... fourth... fifth......sixth .....during the seventh seven days she took seven doles of food and seven of water. So indeed this Monastic Standard of Seven-sevens, she accomplished according to the scriptures [etc] in 49 days and nights, with 196 alms-takings, approached AjjaChandanā, praised and worshipped her and thus said, “I intend, lady, on being permitted by you to observe the Monastic Standard
