May the Great Mother, venerated by the world, bestow peace everywhere. (126). Here ends the eighth chapter of the treatise on architecture composed by Sri Kshetra's son, the Sutrabhrin Mandan, in which the statues of the devis (goddesses) and their symbols and so forth have been discussed.
