पिंडनियुक्ति
४१/२. जह तिपदेसो खंधो', तीसुरे पदेसेसु जो समोगाढो ।
अविभागिणसंबद्धो , कहण्णु नेवं तदाधारो? ॥ ५७ ।। अहवा चउण्ह नियमा, जोगविभागेण जुज्जते" पिंडो। दोसु जहियं तु पिंडो, वणिज्जति कीरते. वावि ॥ ५८ ॥ दुविधो य भावपिंडो, पसत्थओ चेव अप्पसत्थो य।
एतेसिं दोण्हं पि य', पत्तेय परूवणं वोच्छं१० ॥ ५९ ।। ४४. तिविधो होति पसत्थो, नाणे तह दंसणे चरित्ते य।
दुग सत्तट्ठ चउक्कग, जेणं वा बज्झती इतरो१॥ ४४/१. एगविहाइ१२ दसविधो, पसत्थओ चेव१३ अप्पसत्थो य।
संजम-विज्जा-चरणे, नाणादितिगं च तिविहो उ ॥६० ॥ ४४/२. 'नाण-इंसण'१४ तव संजमो य वय पंच छच्च जाणेज्जा।
पिंडेसण-पाणेसण, 'उग्गहपडिमा य'१५ पिंडम्मि६॥६१ ॥ ४४/३. पवयणमाया नव बंभगुत्तिओ७ तह य समणधम्मो य८।
एस पसत्थो पिंडो, भणितो कम्मट्ठमहणेहिं ॥ ६२ ॥

'यह गाथा ४४/३ के बाद मिलती है। यह गाथा ४. भागिमसं (ब, ला, स), अविभागेन संबद्धः (मवृ)। नियुक्ति की होनी चाहिए। विषय-वस्तु की दृष्टि ५. कहण्ण (अ, बी), कहं तु (मु)।
से यह ४४ वी गाथा से संबद्ध लगती है। प्रशस्त ६. ४१/१, २ ये दोनों गाथाएं प्रकाशित टीका में और अप्रशस्त भावपिंड की ४४/१-४ में विस्तार से
निगा के क्रम में हैं लेकिन व्याख्यात्मक होने के चर्चा है लेकिन इस गाथा में संक्षिप्त संकेत दे कारण ये गाथाएं भाष्य की होनी चाहिए। जो दिया है अतः इस गाथा को निगा के क्रम में बात गा. ४१ में कही गई है, उसी बात को इन रखा गया है।
दो गाथाओं में हेतु पुरस्सर प्रस्तुत किया गया है। १२. 'विहाई (स)। ७. जुज्जई (क, स)।
१३. तह य (ब)। ८. कीरइ (क, स)।
१४. णाणं दंसण (ब, ला, मु), नाणं दंसणं (क, बी)। ९. हु (ब, ला)।
