In conclusion, we should be grateful to Hemcandra who by his preference for eclectic writing has preserved for us the gold--the precious and best portions and passages from his illustrious predecessors and is of immense help in improving the corrupt readings from the texts of his source-books : Abhinavabharati, Dhvanyalokalocana, Vakroktijivita Srgiaraprakasa, etc., and contributes to knowledge.
