L.M.: Yes, especially along with your serving cups of Indian spice tea. My first question for you is: What are the key meditation teachings and practices you are teaching in the light of Yoga and Advaita Vedanta?
S. SHANK: According to Advaita Vedanta, the nondual philosophy of inclusiveness and nonsectarianism, there are very ancient and very universal mantrams that can easily be traced back to the Vedic times and the Upanishads—as far back as a minimum of 1,500 B.C. Among them are
