a) Praise of the 24 Tirthankara (Caturviṁśatistava or Logassa sūtra or stotra)
"My reverence to the 24 Tirthankara who have described the true nature of all the elements constituting the universe, who have initiated the "Samgha", the four orders of religion, who have conquered their attachment and aversion and who are revered by all beings in the three worlds (upper-middle-lower).
"I bow to Śri Rṣabhadeva, Śrī Ajitanatha, Śrī Sambhavanatha, Śrī Abhinandana Svami, Śrī Sumatinātha, Śrī Padmaprabha, Śrī Supărśvanatha and Śrī Candraprabha Jina".
