________________ Doctrine of Karma probability, but an ordered energy that leads us towards the fulfilment of our goal of self-realisation. Karma theory is an explanation of the moral justice of the universe. "It satisfied my sense of justice and threw light on the problem of unmerited suffering.47 Judged by the historic standards, karma theory does much to raise man's status and to 'wean him from coaxing fods through sacrifice and prayer. It insisted on individual expiation and emphasised the moral continuity of life, here and hereafter'.48 It is in fact a striking answer to the fathomless injustice to the nature of things".40 REFERENCES 1.
