(viii) Gudigere Inscription: Dharwar Distt.: S. 998: 'Records that Srinandipandita, a Jaina Guru acquired possession of some fields which were under the control of the Jaina temple called Anesejjaya-basadi which was built by Kurikumahādevī, the younger sister of Cālukya Cakravartin Vijayaditya Vallabha at Puregere and gave 15 mattaras out of these lands to his disciple Singayya which the latter allotted for the purpose of providing food for the Saints at Guļigere.
