They seem as if they are the embodiment of right perception, right knowledge and right con. duct. चतुराशावतिजनान युगपदिवानुग्रहीतुकामस्य । चत्वारि भवन्ति मुखान्यंगानि च धर्ममुपदिशतः ।।४४॥ Meaning : In order to oblige all the people in allthe four quarters the Teerthankar seems to be assuming four bodies and four faces while preaching. अभिवन्द्यमानपादः सुरासुरनरोरगेस्तदा भगवान् । सिंहासनमधितिष्ठति भास्वानिव पूर्वगिरिशृङ्गम् ॥४५॥ Meaning : The revered Teerthankar, at whose feet gods. demons, human beings, and lesser gods are bowing, sitting on the throne appears like the ris ng sun over the peak of the eastern mountain. तेजःपुञ्जप्रसरप्रकाशिताशेषदिक्कमस्य तदा । त्रैलोक्यचक्रवत्तित्वचिह्नमग्ने भवति चक्रम् ॥४६॥ Meaning : The divine wheel signifying his religious sovereignty appears before the Teerthankar, who enlightens all directions by his orb. भुवनपतिविनानपतिज्योतिष्पतिवानव्यन्तराः सविधे । तिष्ठन्ति समवसरणे जघन्यतः कोटि परिमारणाः ॥४७।। Meaning : In the religious congregation a minimum number of ten million gods of four classes are assembled around him.
