जयजीवितलाभादिकार्याणि निखिलान्यपि ।
निष्फलान्येव जायन्ते पवने दक्षिणास्थिते ॥२३१॥ Meaning : And if on acount of the said circle, the right artery is operating, the reverse will be the result.
ज्ञानी बुद्ध्वानिलं सम्यक् पुष्पं हस्तात्प्रपातयेत् ।
मतजीवितविज्ञाने ततः कुर्वात निश्चयम् ॥२३२॥ Meaning : For the sake of the knowledge of life and death, the specialists of the science of breath, who know fully the modus operandi of the breath, should drop the flower below and decide.
त्वरितो वरुणे लाभश्चिरेण तु पुरन्दरे ।
जायते पवने स्वल्पसिद्धोऽप्यग्नो विनश्यति ।२३३॥ Meaning : If the person to whom the question is put is passing through Varuna Mandal, he, who has put the question will certainly be benefitted very soon; if through the Purandara Mandal, he will be getting advantage very late; if through Pavana, he will get a little gain; and if through Agni Mandala even the accomplished work will be lost.
प्रायाति वरुणे यातः तत्रैवास्ते सुखं क्षिती।
प्रयाति पवनेऽन्यत्र मृत इत्यनले वदेत् ॥२३४॥ Meaning : If the Varuna mandal is in operation and if a question is put, that a particular person will return or not, it should be said that he would return.
