________________ or mud, one would not be affected adversely by heat or cold, one would be able to increase his physical lustre and would be able to keep the diseases at a distance. यत्र यत्र भवेत स्थाने जन्तो रोगः प्रपीडकः । तच्छांत्य धारयेत्तत्र प्राणादिमरुतः सदा ॥२५।। Meaning : The Prana etc. should be fixed or stabilized at those places of the body where there are diseases afflicting a being. Dharana एवं प्राणादिविजये कृताभ्यास: प्रतिक्षणम् । धारणादिकमभ्यस्येन्मनःस्थैर्यकृते सदा ॥२६॥ Meaning : Thus a person, who has devoted every moment to the practice of controlling the Prana etc. should now turn to practicing the Dharana for the stability of mind. उक्तासनसमासीनो रेचयित्वाऽनिलं शनैः । प्रापादांगुष्ठपर्यंत वाममार्गेण पूरयेत् ।।२७।। पादांगुष्ठे मनःपूर्वरुध्ध्वा पादतले ततः । पाणी गुल्फे च जंघायां जानुन्यूरौ गुदे ततः ॥२८।। लिगे नाभौ च तुन्दे च हृत्कण्ठरसनेऽपि च । तालुनासाग्रनेत्र च भ्र वोर्भाले शिरस्यथ ।।२६।। एवं रश्मिक्रमेणैव धारयन्मरुता सह । स्थानात्स्थानांतरं नीत्वा यावदब्रह्मपुरं नयेत ॥३०।। ततः क्रमेण तेनैव पादांगुष्ठांतमानयेत् । नाभिपद्मातरं नीत्वा ततो वायु विरेचयेत् ॥३१॥ पंचभिः कुलकम् 138 Yoga Shashtra Jain Education International For Private & Personal Use Only www.jainelibrary.org
