Bhāvanā ( Anuprekṣā) Sūtra
3. (A man should always) reflect upon the soul as distinct from this perishable body, devoid of karmas and a fountain of infinite bliss; indeed, the soul is supreme.

1. The cause of bondage when properly comprehended becomes the cause of emancipation and vice-versa. The cause of inflow or stoppage of karma at times may not serve the purpose of inflow or stoppage (for the inflow or stoppage of karma is essentially determined by the thought process of the soul).
