Udyotanasuri, in the introductory part of his Kuvalayamala (p.3), respectfully remombers this work as well as the Tarangavai Kahā, together with their authors. Several of the “words of non-Indo-European, uncertain or unknown origin” given by Turner in his A comparative and Etymological Dictionary of Nepali Language, Index p.657 fl, may come under this class.
