संवत् १६८१ वर्षे श्रीमदखरतरगच्छे मट्टारक श्री जिनराजसूरिविजयिराज्ये, श्रीसागरचन्द्रसूरिसन्ताने, पट्टानुजातगोङ्गारश्रीमद्वा चनाचा रत्नधोरगरिदिनेयानां वाज्ञानप्रमोदगणिवराणां शिष्य पं. गुणनन्दनगणि पं नन्दिजयमुनि प विशालकीर्तिगण प विद्या कलशमुनि सहसा ५ सीहा पं पं. चिरेवेला चि. मोहनदि कृष्णादिसाधुपरिवृतानां कृतिरियं श्रेयसे स्यात् । श्री श्री श्री श्री श्री श्री श्री जिनकुशलसूरिप्रसादात् शुभं भूयात् लेखकपटक पाठकानामिति भद्रम् संवत् षोडषसप्तनवती संवत्सरे विक्रमन्मासे मागशीषे सिते वसुमितौ तिथ्यां [अ] लिखत् धर्मवित् ।
The ms. is written just 17 years after the year of its composition, i.e., 1981 and therefore, it is very near the 14 Actually the ms. has proved to be मूलादर्श that useful.

Extent: 46 folios; first and last folio on one side; 17 lines to page, 52 letters to line. Thick country paper still white; writing covered by two double verti cal lines in red on both sides, page numbers given in both margins; Vrtti in very small and very close letters; on the whole readable and with few faults; several corrections in margin in different hands.

Begins: ओम् नमः पुचिका at the end
After the 21 verses of the पुष्पिका of the original Vetti ending in समन्दिजयः गुणनन्दनगणिरश्वित्प्रथमा प्रयत्नेन, the copyist states as follows: संबद्वन्दनका मिपानधर्मसंयमप्रथिते सौभाग्यपञ्चमी शुक्रे || श्री राजनगरे || श्रीरस्तु कल्याणमस्तु ॥
