The Abhidhammatthasangaha and its tikā
believe that the Vibhavin-tika was written by Sumangala because at the end of the Abhidhammavatāra-tika there are three verses which are absolutely identical to those in the Vibhāvinițika. The latter states that the meanings which are not clear are 10 be found in the Abhidhammāvatāra-tikā, written earlier by Sumangala.
