Y Chapter-8
NATIONALISM THROUGH INTER-REGION TRAVEL
Our motherland India, really represents unity among diversities from various viewpoints whether it be history, geography, languages, social customs, dresses, religious rituals, religious places, festivals and so forth. Because of this, it is more like a small continent than a single country. For this reason Western thinkers have called it Indian Subcontinent and from a practical viewpoint, it is true.
Now that we have separated from Pakistan, Burma (Myanmar), Ceylon (Srilanka) and Bangladesh and still we have to live like one Indian nation, then it is essential that we meet 0 more often our countrymen who live in different states, wear different dress, have different social customs. Let us learn their languages and deal with them with full respect, love and like our own brethren. We should be clear in our mind that we are all first Indians
