सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिनः सर्वे सन्तु निरामयाः । सर्वे भद्राणि पश्यन्तु मा कश्चिद् दुःखभाग भवेत् ॥
sarve bhavantu sukhinah
sarve santu nirāmayāḥ
sarve bhadrāņi paśyantu mā kaśchid duḥkhabhāg bhavet
Ancient Universal Prayer
May all living beings know real happiness
and the source of happiness within.
May all living beings become free from delusion, disharmony and disease.
May all perceive the true, the good, and the beautiful
with clarity of mind
and purity of perception. May no one, not even the tiniest of creatures,
become a victim or cause of pain,
suffering, torture, or killing. May everyone revere the sanctity of life.
