“That water-girl sustains her life by kissing the two hands with which she drank water, in which the image of मुञ्ज (= king Mulja.' ; पक्षे 'the munja grass:') was reflected undisturbed.” ।
Here preale is the illustration of the stà adeśa: (3) (Illustration) of अवि adesa : ___ बाहुं विमोच्य यासि त्वं, भवतु, तथा कः दोषः ।
हृदयस्थितः यदि निःसरसि (ततः) जानामि मुञ्ज (त्वं) सरोषः ॥ " You are thrusting aside my arms (in embrace); (well), be it so, there is no harm (in it). If you, (how. ever), get out of my heart, (then only) (dear) Muñja. I will know that you are estrangeel (lit. 'angry')."
Here fagafa illustrates the sūtra. 440. (क्त्वा-प्रत्ययस्य) एप्पि' - ‘एप्पिणु' - ‘एवि' - ‘एविणु' - (इति
आदेशाः)। In Apabhramsa (the fear term of the Absolutive Participle) is substituted by four adesas - ‘एप्पि', 'एणिण', 'एविं', 'एविणु'. e. g. (1) जित्वा अशेषं कषाय-बलं दत्वा अभयं जगतः (= जगते)।, लात्वा (= गृहीत्वा) महाव्रतानि (मुनयः) शिवं लभन्ते ध्यात्वा
__ तत्त्वस्य (= तत्वम् ॥ “Having subjugated an entire army of passioris, having granted (spiritual) protection to the world, aftar taking solemn (lit. 'great') vows, and ineditating upon the fundamental truth, the sages attain beatitude."
Here जेप्पि, देप्पिणु, लेवि and झाएविणु illustrate the sitra.
The four terminations are mentioned one by one to indicate the context with the following (sūtra). 1441. तुम् (- प्रत्ययस्य ) एवं'- 'अण'- अणहं'- 'अणहिं ' चा.
