Here एतहे ( = अत्र ), and तेतहे ( = तत्र ) illustrate the sūtra. 437. त्व -- तल ( = ता ) - प्रत्यययोः पण - ( आदेशः भवति ) । In Apabhramsa the (Taddhita) terminations and are substituted by the adeśa tq. e. g.
'वड्डप्पणु पर पाविअइ । ' ( = महत्त्वं परं प्राप्यते । )
(Vide sutra 366.1) By the arts (= the proviso that the change mentioned in the sutra takes place generally, but not always, (the alternative formation will be):
वडत्तणहो तणेण । ' ( = ' महत्त्वस्य अर्थे । ' ) ( Vide : sūtra 366.1). 438. ( कृत्- ) तव्य प्रत्ययस्य ' इएव्वरं ' - ' एव्वउं' - 'एवा' इति ( आदेशाः भवन्ति ) ।
