6. Srutaviśistatā 3. Balaviśistatā
7. Lābhavisistată 4. Rūpavisistată
8. Alśvaryavīśistatā The eight types of fruits which nicagotrakarma can give are the opposites of the eight which ucсagotra can give; for example, jātivihinată, etc. (1685 [2]).
The five types of fruits which antarāyakarma can give are as follows (1886): 1. Dānäntarāya
4. Upıbhogantaraya 2. Lābhāntarāya
5. Viryāntarāya 3. Bhogāntarāya
15. It has been stated that there are 42 sub-types of Nāmakarma. But at this
place, only 14 types are enumerated. This suggests that the present
list represents the old stage. 16. The commentator records different interpretations of these terms
