28. In Shyagaca carmapakṣī, lomapakşī, samudgakapakşi and vitatapakşi are
mentioned as the divisions of jalacara pañcendriya. The reading 'jalacara' yielded by the text (2.3.15) does not seem to be correct. Again, we should
note that Suyagada does not refer to the sub-divisions of carmapakşī, etc. 29. Sūyagada (2. 3. 14) notices the main divisions of manuşya, viz. karmabhū
mika, akarmabhumika, antardipaka, ārya and mlecchu. But it does not refer to their sub-divisions.
