4.6 Universal Forgiveness to All Khämemi Savve Jiva Sutra By means of this sutra, we ask for forgiveness from all living beings of the universe and we also grant forgiveness to all living beings of the universe. In this way a relationship of mutual forgiveness and friendship is developed among all living beings. This is the true essence of the Jain religion. Recite the following sutra three times खामेमि सव्वजीवे सूत्र:
खामेमि सव्वजीवे, सव्वे जीवा खमंतु मे ।
Act À Hoa HH, SH Host a Duş 1................1. Khämemi savve jiva sutra: khamemi savve jiva, savve jiva khamantu me, mitti me sawva bhuyesu, veram majha na kenai.. ............
Meaning I forgive all living beings, May all living beings forgive me. My friendship is with all living beings, My enmity is nonexistent.
At this time ask for forgiveness from everybody: friends, family, neighbors, and all living beings, especially from those with whom we may have had a problem and hard feelings. Everyone recite together
